savannah_roses_@vickimae73 Hi Vicky! This adorable shirts runs true to size. I personally wear a LARGE in almost all tops and Large fits me perfectly. While this shirt is flared, the sleeves are more fitted, and the Medium would not fit me in the arms. My suggestion for this top would to get the size shirt you normally wear in shirts. Please let me know if you have anymore questions...hope this helps :) ~Melissa
