yourkittycat@villaanette hello! therpa runs the majority of the body and hood. I posted additional pics for you. As far as wind and/or waterproof I can't be certain. I posted the companies description verbatim. It is downfilled so I doubt you'd feel any normal winter wind but I wouldn't say this is meant for overly extreme winter conditions if that answers your question.
