annlarsen444@stephanie_mee Ok i measured it it is 26 inches, but it could sit higher up on your waist. The waistband is not stretchy.

annlarsen444@angelapuckett2 no there is no give. You could move the hook and get a tiny bit more room, but the waist is NOT elastic :) thanks for looking!
