@heavyng3 they do run small as stated in the description. They fit on the small side of 7 1/2. I am a true 7 1/2 and was able to wear them but they were tight.

@kaelahaggg the calf measurement at the top is 14 3/4”. Midway down it’s appx 14”. My calves are 14” at their fullest and they fit my calves.
