What weight would you say this cotton is? And how is the sizing? Any measurements for the 8 and 10?

@rosy_outlook This top is not one of their cotton tops. This one is in a technical fabric and is a stretch microfiber with UV skin protection. The size 8 is 24” length, half bust gofers 17.5”, sleeve length 15.25”. Thanks.
