Size: Tag says S/M but definitely fits more like XS-S. Approx. measurements: 13” - waist 12.5” - length 17” - hips (of shorts) 9” - shorts opening NWT! Never worn because it’s bit too small for me. In perfect condition. Soft woven chiffon material. Fabric has no stretch. Skirt that has shorts underneath! Bought in France. 🇫🇷
