@chaneybug94 the bodice of the dress (not including straps, which are adjustable) is about 31” at the highest point, 29” at the lowest point because of the sweetheart neckline. Bust is approximately 19.5” flat, waist is about 17” flat. The material of the dress and the adjustable straps are both very stretchy. Let me know if you have any other questions!
