Has it been washed and dried ?? Shrunk or is it a solid size 2

@tonyashep I haven’t washed or dried it but the previous owner may have. It’s small, in my opinion. I can barely get it on and i usually wear a 2 (however J Crew jackets are always hit or miss for me).
