Hi. I love this top. Does it run true to size and do you think someone with a 38c cheat should do a medium or large? Sometimes the knitting makes it harder to move the arms that’s why I’m asking

@bellaluna526 The bust on the medium measured flat one way across is approx.18" (I'm out of stock in large but have more coming next week) and the XL is approx. 20 1/2" across. Hope this helps!
