Welcome Spring with this beautiful Mid knee skirt by Chloe Oliver. Has a southwestern vibe. This is 100% cotton heavy and well made. Has underneath cotton liner. Cream color with Stripes of blue, burgandy, gold. RN 66170. Waist is 19 1/2 flat and 19" length. Size 12. ** there is a small pull starting in back of skirt but not much. See last pic. EUC
