Designer neon green sweatshirt

Hand dyed a fun neon green, I bought this at a NYC designer warehouse sale. Won’t find another like this! Brand is called Central Park. Size S, fits more like a M. Worn and washed once, no damage. Color inconsistency as shown is part of the design.
