Chic, vintage Louis Vuitton Sac Plat tote in Signature Monogram with leather handles and trim. One interior zip pocket w/ brass Talon zipper, brown cotton canvas lining with tag intact on inside (see pics and note on tag). Measures 14.0″ w x 15.0 h″ x 3.5” d and has 5” handle.
Excellent condition, no wear on the handles, no marks or stains in the interior. Please read first COMMENT below on vintage provenance. Offers welcome!

IMPORTANT: Louis Vuitton contracted The French Luggage Company in the 1970's to manufacture some of their bags for them to meet demand in the USA. They used a paper tag (pictured in this listing) to identify the bag as authentic. Date codes were not yet utilized by Louis Vuitton until the 1980's. More in article below:

@youpayless932 - Yes, I believe it to be and purchased it a few years ago from my friend’s vintage store. See info on last slide and images of the label. It’s in excellent condition. [I never used it because after purchasing, I ended up working for a rival brand and couldn’t use it for work.] 🤣
