Can you tell me the arm pit to arm pit measurement please? Is there elastic at the top of the blouse? Thank you, jackie

@jcastle757 good morning. Pit to pit is 22". I also measured the length to double check and it is 21" laying flat, but that is the fabric and it will rest lower since it's off the shoulders. There is not elastic up top, but a nice 3/4" hem.
