@cat_bryan I’m not sure I know they’re not diamonds they are real shiny so I think either rhinestones or cubic zirconia

Very pretty regardless. It's possible they are white topaz, depending if the artist wanted to be consistent using natural gemstones. I wish it was easier to judge the relative size on a hand or next to a quarter. I'll stay tuned if you happen to post another photo. Thank you!
