The first thing you notice about this beautiful dramatic skirt is the gorgeous cascading ruffle curving from the side all the way down to the bottom front hem. From there it joins the large ruffled hem w/ a pretty rose pattern.
The colors on this skirt are deep & rich & fabulous.
I would wear this w/ a black ruffled top tucked in & black sandals or wedges.
