Sparkly and colorful mystic topaz in a sterling silver bezel setting with a twisted band. Topaz is approx. 6mm diameter. Not marked 925, but purchased from a supplier who specializes in sterling silver jewelry. 6mm round is approximately the size of a 3/4 carat weight diamond. New, no tags.

are they lab created stones?

@schoey1030 mystic topaz are usually a coated white topaz. The coating gives the stones the colors.
