@adenavictoria hello, laying flat waist is 15”, hips approximately 20” and due to the fabric and style can stretch at least a few inches, length 30”. Waist doesn’t stretch. This skirt is made more for hour glass figure, because the waist top is 15”, but the part where the skirt connects to the waist is already 17.5”. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
