@lizzosaidso hi! I tried it on myself again but its too big on me and it doesnt look shapely on me so dont want you to think its a shift dress because it is structured. I included stock photos instead and a blogger’s photo. I hope that helps you decide :) It is structured and it flares out to the sides ( but not front or back) at the mid to low waist

Waist - 15.3 in [ laid flat across, not wrapped around]
