I am so sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but these are not authentic. A simple google search will prove this, but the "authentication" card has never been made by Louboutin. They were created by knock off companies to trick consumers. I'm so sorry you were scammed by these and I know you are not trying to scam others because you are priced above posh authentication. However these will not pass and you could be banned for selling an inauthentic item.
