policewifehtx @leilasas It would. However...due to cropped nature the front of the sweater will stop about an inch and half under your breast. I would size up if you want more cover under. You can tighten ties in back to keep it closer to your body on the medium. I personally tried it on to make sure.

policewifehtx @leilasas When I tighten the medium it goes measures 15 lying flat. If you would like to try the small I can exchange it for medium if it doesn't work providing that I still have medium in stock.
