I am 5'6 or 5'7 wore it with heels and it still was down to my feet so if you are shorter you will probably have to tailor it.I do not have measuring tape to tell you the bust/waist measurements but it is super stretchy so if you have a large bust you should be fine. I couldn't fill the bust area out so it was loose on me. The dress tag also doesn't state any measurements...so I apologize but i cannot provide that info.

yourfavsclosetworn only once for a gala and is too big for me so it must go! super stretchy so there is wiggle room! it is also lightweight velvet so you can wear for summer or spring weddings/events
