Vintage designer Brooch Sterling w/ Gold Overlay

EUC is such a beautiful, feminine brooch with beautiful stones, deep blue, gold, and pink. This item has been polished with a professional non-hazardous metal polish to bring out its luster. Polishing further will be up to the new owner. On the back, the label indicated it is a design by V. Dell, label reads " V. Dell 1/20 of 12KT G.F on Sterling" I would estimate this brooch to be between the 40-50's. Outstanding piece of our past. Nice gift for a young lady who appreciates antiques/design
