deborahsmyrl @monika48 You clasp one end of the shoulder strap to the metal loop where the handle attaches to the bag and do the same thing on the other side, opposite end, so that it evenly distributes the weight of the bag. It works perfectly.

deborahsmyrl @catebarnes Yes, it is still available. As mentioned in the listing description the shoulder strap is not Louis Vuitton. The reason is - an authentic LV strap costs $250 - $350 used. I do have a few authentic LV strap but if I included the strap with the bag I would have to increase the price by $200, unfortunately. The strap I include is a much less expensive alternative. And, anytime I've ever seen an authentic LV shoulder strap included with an LV bag, it's at least $900, if not more.
