encore_reserve Is this a size 4 or is it more a size 2? Can you give me waist measurements and length? Also is it stretchy?

sandycheeks1314 @encore_reserve I don’t have a measuring tape but I’m a waist 28 and it’s a little too tight it’s more like waist 25 it has a zipper on side so the waist sisnt stretchy. I’m 5’0ft and it cut all the way to the feet nice it don’t look too long it like the way the model is wearing it. Everything else is stretchy except the waist.
