Late 1950's to early 1960's Pat Nichols Culottes. This is so fun and flirty. They truly do not make clothing like this anymore. The fiber consist of a textured cotton.
The size label says 16½ with measurements as follows:
BUST: 42 inches
WAIST: 38 inches
HIPS: 44 inches
LENGTH: 34 inches

@jvdehaven The size label says 16½. The measurements are included for accuracy due to vintage sizes being smaller than today's sizing.
