lu_co82Got the it cosmetics cc cream today, the bottle looks different than my last one and it seems like a dupe. There is no expiration on the tube and usually the shade code is on top.

ca_kate
ca_kateHi! I ordered this item in shade light from a previous listing but received the wrong item (the illumination CC+ cream). How can I go about returning it and trading for the right one? Thanks!
May 29Reply
fabulaxxxiv
fabulaxxxiv@ca_kate I am so sorry for the error. Have you accepted the item yet? If not, you can put received wrong item and Poshmark will send you a prepaid label to send back to me. My very deepest apologies for the error.
May 29Reply
ca_kate
ca_kate@fabulaxxxiv no worries, I know it was a mistake. Unfortunately I think I'm a day too late to return.

fabulaxxxiv@curatedbyccm thank you for your offer. I wish I could accept it but we won’t make any money on this. With 20% going to posh off the top and another 24%. That’s. 44% off and it would leave our animal rescue in the red. 100% of our sales go to our rescue, so we can help abused, abandoned and neglected animals we rescue, to feed, house, get them medical care, etc. If I could, I would be happy to but it’s just not feasible for us financially but we do thank you. I did send you a counter.

Aug 08Reply
fabulaxxxiv
fabulaxxxiv@lucy_codrey I’m happy to accept your offer. I apologize for the delay. I’ve been in and out of the hospital. I just noticed that your offer had expired five hours ago so I tried to send you the same offer but it made me send a little higher. Should you still be interested, just send me your original offer and I’ll be happy to accept it. Thank you so much for stopping by and browsing. Have a happy new year.🎈🎊 πŸ’žπŸ₯°πŸ₯³
