brown wiggle skirt with black velvet overlay

I bought this skirt online in a lot with another few skirts but unfortunately, it is too small for me. This versatile skirt could be worn high waisted to the office with pumps and a black button-down or perhaps worn for a night out with a strappy black blouse. Waist measurement is about 12 but can stretch up to 16.
