Skirt is 19.5” long. Slightly dropped waist is 36” around, lined by 2” wide bright royal blue gross grain ribbon (photo #3), with left front and right front 7” long silver metal vertical zippers and snap each closure. Hip measurement: 43” around. 47” in circumference @ hem. Shell is 75% cotton 25% polyester moderately thick knobby black waffle weave (photo #6). Fully lined in 100% black polyester (photo #5).
