palindrome365@risleye1 Hello! When the waist is stretched to the max it is 16.5”. When the waist is relaxed it is 12.5”. The hips and hem are about 20” lying flat.

risleye1I'm trying to figure out how big the waist gets. I'm a 28 inch waist. It looks like the back is elastic? What about a hip measurement please? The tag says Small but your written ad says X-Large, so I'm confused. Thanks for helping me understand. My hips are 37 inches and I'm wondering if it'll fit.
