Jul 13Reply

cathyvery@lkmclean03 your so welcome!!! take your time you will catch on!! it's easy once you get used to it!! read the poshmark info very helpful !! share share and share 🤗❤️ best of luck any questions just ask!!

Jul 13Reply

n_jewelryThanks @cathyvery for all the shares… i have a question if you don’t mind

Jul 16Reply

cathyvery@n_jewelry Thank you for all your shares!!❤️🌷 your awesome!!! sure what's your question???

Jul 16Reply

n_jewelry@cathyvery thank you Cathy😊! No worries 💕💕! My question was the earring that i sold. Thanks to you 😊. Unfortunately I don’t have the supplies yet. My last earrings I sent them to the consignment store so I ordered the supplies on July 4 and they shipped it on July 8, but I asked the suppliers when will I receive the items, they simply replied back saying it might take august 13. What should I do now?

Jul 16Reply

cathyvery@n_jewelry Hi I would definitely get a hold of your buyer and explain the situation!! the order will probably cancel because you haven't shipped yet??...you only have a certain amount of days to ship...most people do in at least a day or 2!!...unfortunately that gives your buyer the option to not order again 🤞 she may order again if she's ok with the wait time!! anything you put up for sale on poshmark you should have in stock...for those reason's!!

Jul 16Reply

cathyveryBest of luck...but definitely contact buyer!

Jul 16Reply

n_jewelry@cathyvery hi Cathy, I already contacted her but she didn’t respond. Also because it’s coming from abroad and on top of that I paid for express shipping, still it is taking a longer time. Should I cancel the order myself or wait for her reply?

Jul 16Reply

n_jewelry@cathyvery I did! I am waiting for her response. I am feeling so helpless at this point and ashamed that I had to wait make someone wait for something they paid and had a lot of expectations 🥺. I will definitely make sure that I have restocked all of my items before trying to sell anything

Jul 16Reply

cathyvery@n_jewelry it happens hon...there's lots of delays with supplies product etc hopefully she will understand and you can message her when there ready!! I know it's disappointing for you!! but the earings will find the right home!! your new and learning!! have a nice day!! 🌷

Jul 16Reply

cathyvery@n_jewelry I'd wait for her reply

Jul 16Reply

n_jewelry@cathyvery thank you for your response:) and I appreciate you sharing my items. Thank you 😊! 💕💕🌱🌷🌷🌸🌹
