This bag is brand new and has never been used. It's a cute size and is very simple with just one slot for something like cards and just the rest of the bag open. The strap is a gold chain and the bag comes with a military ribbon with gold stars on the ends. Theres is a green and red stripe going up and down the bag with gold accents. @erikagoglucci it's not really a scuff. That one spot just seems to be an imperfection in the leather. It may wipe off I can check when I get home later.
