Super cute, but it does have its flaws. It seems as though there was a belt to go with the belt loops. No belt and one of the loops is busted. Can be worn with or without the topper.
Dress form is 34" bust, 26" waist, 36" hip and the dress perfectly fits it, if anything a little snug.
