Rust colored polka dot wrap dress

True wrap dress from Forever 21+ size 1X, new without tags. It’s a rust color with white polka dots. Adjustable straps. There is a button on the outside for the outer wrap but the inner wrap button is missing. It was like that when I bought it but I didn’t realize until I took the tags off and I don’t know how to sew. It seems like an easy fix though and it’s never been worn. Pit to pit is approx 18” but it can be made smaller or larger since the inner button has to be sewn in. Never worn
