blueindian25 Hello, I just wanted you to know that the mail carrier did not leave me the keys to open the parcel locker. So I’ve been on the phone with the post office, and reported the issue. So as soon as I receive the package, I will accept it. I’m so sorry for the inconvenience….but I’ve made the report. And hopefully it will be resolved today! The post office said that they have 3 days to resolve it. Let’s hope it’s today!🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

blueindian25 Hello, just checking in…..I’m reaching out to the USPS today, to see if they have answers on where the package was delivered. They did say that they had 3 business days to resolve this. And it said “delivered” on July 3rd. So I’ll let you know what I find out. Thanks for your patience! ♥️

limvi @blueindian25. Thank you for the update. All I see on tracking is: Your item was delivered to a parcel locker at 9:58 am on July 3, 2026 in MYRTLE BEACH, SC 29588. Do you have a PO Box? Parcels will be delivered to a PO Box instead of your residence based on how you filled out the form when you signed up. If you have a small PO Box, they’ll put the keys inside your box if the item is too large, and use a larger parcel locker for you to pick up from.

blueindian25 @limvi Hello, I’m so sorry that I have not gotten answers yet from USPS. I’m not sure if the mail guy put the parcel key in someone else’s mailbox or what happened. But I got 3 more packages from Poshmark today, but not your shoes. I have no idea what to do.

limvi It sounds like you may need to speak to the carrier supervisor at your local station. If the parcel was wrongly delivered, they’ll look at the geolocation and attempt to retrieve it if you are receiving your mail at a residence.
