getitgirl27 @abbylop7676 hi! It definitely can fit a 34D. It’s not thick but not super thin. I don’t recall if there are shoulder pads. I will measure as soon as I can!

getitgirl27 @abbylop7676 hi! Just added measuring photos. There are somewhat thin shoulder pads to keep structure for the blazer. The material is not very thick. Hopefully you can zoom in and see the measurements in the photos!
