Navy blue halter style formal dress

Floral, crochet lace overlay shapes a halter neckline and darted bodice. Dreamy chiffon takes over at the banded waist to fall into a showstopping maxi skirt with a sexy side slit. Hidden back zipper/clasp. This is a medium and I’m a size 4, with a 36C bust. I’m 5’5 and had it shortened to dust the floor with a 3” heel. It was worn once for a single event and it’s been dry cleaned since. Looks like new. It was perfect for a formal event and very comfortable to wear.
