This is one of those ONE SIZE FITS ALMOST ALL tops. I would say Medium women’s would be the best, but depending how you want to wear it! Not sure what size it was, I distressed it years ago. Men’s Medium possibly, from a vintage shop. Super worn in! Lovely.
