@kzavoth hi love! I’m 5’4 and my waist is 25 so it will fit you perfectly! I just measured the skirt and the length is 18 inches and a quarter so it is not Shorty short. I really honestly felt very comfortable and modest in it. This is like my favorite matching set that I own it is so cute you’ll love it!!
