prettyluxthingzFrancina_b You sent me the size 10 even though I ordered the 9.5. the 10 is too big for me. So, how do I proceed? I need to return the 10 for the 9.5. Please advise.

francina_b@prettyluxthingz I edited the listing for you and you can reorder them now. I will print your label as soon as I get it and box them up immediately and have them delivered by tomorrow for you.

May 25Reply

francina_b@prettyluxthingz Hey I just wanted to be sure you that you placed the order for a size 9.5. That’s okay too but if you still want the size 10 let me know by tomorrow afternoon before I send them out..Goodnight:)

May 26Reply

prettyluxthingz@francina_b yes, I chose the 9.5 because that’s what I actually wear in sandals, but I usually go a 1/2 size bigger because of my wide short feet.... I read where you said that they were true to size, so that’s why I went with the 9.5.

May 26Reply

francina_b@prettyluxthingz Okay that’s fine if there’s a problem with the fitting when you receive them I promise I will cover the fee and pay to resend whatever size I have that you need ship them back out to you for the inconvenience have a goodnight:)
