infinitygirl8@lstoliar316 Hi Lauren. Thank you for your interest. It’s a beautiful dress- I keep thinking I’m going to keep it. LOL. So the waist has elastic but is about 10.5in unstretched. It’s long (you are about the same size as me, you are one inch taller than me- I’m jealous LOL 😂)- about 46in from waist to hem. So you will have to wear heels or hem it. I hope that helps you 💖
