Semi sheer rayon. No flaws noted. Tags still attached. Original belt included. Marked vintage 14 1/2 fits like a modern 8 or so. Double set of rhinestone buttons with all stones present. Brooch doesn't have any, looks like it never did. Scalloped collar. Back of belt ha some cracking. Waist has 2 interior snaps. Waist 14.5" with about an inch (flat) of give. Bust about 20" flat with some give. Hips free-ish proportionately.
