Is there any stretch to this fabric? Are the buttons sewn closed? I have a 42” bust, so my biggest worry is it being too tight on top. What is the pit to pit stretched out? I love this!

@moxiemusthave pit to pit measurement laying flat for a small is 18”, medium is 18.5” and large is 19”. There is no stretch to the material and it is a button up.
