Vintage 1960s handmade blue white polka dot dress

100% Handmade True Vintage OOAK (one of a kind) dress. Boatneck, cut in a 1950s fit and flare style. Small concealed side zipper. No stretch. Very pretty small white polka dots on royal blue. Being handmade, no tags, but the fibre fees to me like a light polyester. Preppy and summery, as well as retro. Shown here on a size 4 mannequin and it was a tight fit. Definitely XS/S. VGUC. Approx.
