Talbots blue straw tote with beige trim (not leather, see tag in picture # 8). Clean inside, no wear on edges. Bought new, used twice. The strap drop is 10", and I realized I needed a longer drop. It measures 10" tall by 13.5" wide. The bottom is 13.5" across by 6" wide.
