Is the bust 25” laying flat? I’m trying to gauge if this will fit me and the Zara size charts are notttt helpful !

@skmkr02012 hey sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately I can’t seem to find the dress to measure but I found another one same brand and size. I just posted on my closet.
The bust is about 25” and it’s in fair condition.
