kelli_z@ttang236 Hi, it’s just wear and some peeling showing on the inside. There’s no stains inside. You can always order an insert from Amazon. I found some felt inserts organizers that you might like and I can share the links with you. The bag has a slight musty smell that can be removed with dryer sheets or professional cleaning.
