Lazy oaf Disney Dalmatians dress

Never worn and comes with tag! Super rare and completely sold out. Some discoloration spots on the lower part and let shoulder of the dress- not sure how it happened but they are not very visible. I’ve tried to use some spot cleaners on them but could not get them off completely- see pics. Any questions leave me a comment
