💥NWOT Nasty Gal Black Bustier A-line Dress💥

New w/o tags. Very short at only 22 inches from top to bottom. I am 5’4 1/2 and it barely covers my butt which is why I couldn’t wear it. So someone shorter than me or as short as me would be suggested. Very flattering! The dress flares out at the bottom and the sleeves are off the shoulder. The dress is very stretchy. Also suggested for someone with a smaller chest, as the chest/collar area is kind of open and might be too open for someone with a chest larger than a C cup.
