@tiffanyboston20 hi! I was wearing a 12-14 when I wore this dress so it fits pretty true to size. The shoulder straps are adjustable so you have some leeway there and the fabric has a slight bit of stretch. As for length, the dress is 25” from the waist line to the bottom of the lace overlay or about 40” overall from where the shoulder straps are adjusted to now.

@tiffanyboston20 as “average” height it hits me around the knee. The nude underlay is a bit shorter than that, stopping a couple of inches above the knee.
