Bright colored spring/summer dress

I only wore this dress once so it's time to cycle it out of my wardrobe. It has a super fun pattern perfect for the spring and summer. Very bright and vivid colors. The sleeves are 3/4 length bell sleeves with a slit and a cute tie at the top. The neckline is elastic and can be worn on the shoulders or off the shoulders. This dress does have some stretch to it also. Pit to Pit 17in plus the stretch.
